WHO CAN JOIN B.I.G.?

You can join if ANY of the below apply to you…

  • Are between 21-39 years old
  • Share a passion for the work of JBBBSLA and want to learn more about how we serve youth in Los Angeles through our programs; Youth Mentorship, Camp Bob Waldorf, College Access + Success and Teen Talk App
  • Are looking to build community and connect with other young professionals in Los Angeles
  • Are interested in networking and professional development opportunities
  • Want to learn more about serving on a nonprofit committee or board

B.I.G. LA is non-denominational and open to everyone. There is currently no cost to become a member.

WHAT DO B.I.G. MEMBERS DO?

  • Participate in philanthropic volunteer projects with JBBBSLA’s programs (Youth Mentorship, Camp Bob Waldorf, College Access + Success and/or Teen Talk App) and partner organizations
  • Build leadership skills with opportunities to serve on event committees and B.I.G.’s Advisory Committee
  • Attend community events and exclusive networking events
  • Support efforts that raise awareness of JBBBSLA’s programs
