SUMMARY:Camp Bob Waldorf Golf Classic - CANCELLED
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”2091″ img_size=”large”][vc_column_text] \n\nJuly 23\, 2020: \nDuring these uncertain and challenging times\, we continue to think about you and your families. We hope that you are staying safe and healthy. Your partnership and support mean everything to us AND to the children we serve. \n\nAs a nonprofit\, we remain fully committed to supporting the youth in our community. Each year our golf tournament provides critical funding to send low-income children to summer camp. This year we are offering a virtual camp experience to nearly 300 children in need. We delivered Camp in a Box to every camper so they could fully participate in the camp’s Zoom activities in an interactive and fun way. Each box included art supplies\, science kits\, cooking ingredients\, camp shirt\, camp water bottle\, and other fun activities. Our staff continues to connect with campers and ensure they have a meaningful summer camp experience. \nIn April we postponed the Camp Bob Waldorf Golf Classic Honoring Gary Goldfein confident that we would be able to host the event in August. Unfortunately\, while golf courses are open\, tournaments and gatherings of large groups are still prohibited and\, at this time\, we must cancel our annual golf tournament to ensure the health and safety of everyone in our community. \nWe appreciate the generous contribution you made to support children in need and honor Gary Goldfein. We are producing a tribute book to honor all of our sponsors and donors. We hope that you will consider shifting your donation from sponsorship to program support for the young people we serve. If you would like to request a refund\, please let us know and we will process it as soon as possible. \nThank you! \nIf you have any questions or concerns\, please feel free to reach out to Cari Uslan the Executive Vice President at JBBBSLA. She can be reached at (323) 456-1147 or cuslan@jbbbsla.org. \nWith gratitude\, \nSteve Miller\, Golf Classic Co-Chair\nJoey Behrstock\, Golf Classic Co-Chair\n\n\n\n[/vc_column_text][vc_raw_html]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[/vc_raw_html][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][/vc_column][/vc_row]
