Every young person deserves someone in their corner.

Together, we help Jewish children ages 6–17 across Los Angeles build confidence, connection, and a stronger future through mentorship, camp, and ongoing support.

“My Big Brother helped me believe in what I wanted and gave me the confidence to go after it and trust myself along the way. He exposed me to new opportunities, experiences, and even career paths I would not have encountered.”

“Having a positive role model outside the family can make a powerful difference in kids’ growth and confidence. My son’s Big Brother helped him develop important life skills like responsibility, decision-making, and resilience.”

“My Big Sister encouraged me to try new things, learn, discover, take chances, and pursue my ambitions. Being a Little Sister taught me wonders and allowed me to grow into the person I am today.”

Rooted in Jewish values of community support, open to all who want to help youth thrive.

No young person should have to navigate life’s challenges without a mentor.

Families

You’re already showing up for your kid every day. A Big adds to that — one more trusted adult who listens without agenda, shows up consistently, and helps your child build confidence on their own terms. More people in their corner means a stronger foundation.

Our programs are free for families. No catch.

Volunteers

You don’t need a degree in counseling. You need to care — and to be consistent. Being a Big means grabbing lunch with a kid twice a month, asking how school’s going, and meaning it when you say you’ll be there.. We’ll train you, match you thoughtfully, and support you the whole way. Two outings a month. Most Bigs say it’s the best few hours of their week.

Supporters

Last year, 297 kids went to camp for free because of donors like you. 79 students got college scholarships. 181 young people were matched with a mentor.

Those are real numbers from 2025, and every one of them has a name.
